Terms of Service

PartStop is an independent supplier of aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts, located at 1616 E 26th St, Tacoma, WA 98421. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

PartStop sells aftermarket parts — direct-replacement components manufactured to fit where the original part goes. All manufacturer names, vehicle makes, engine names, OEM part numbers, and trademarks (including Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, International, Western Star, Cummins, Detroit, and Paccar) are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference and identification only. PartStop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle or engine manufacturer.

• We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and availability at any time without notice.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund.

Our search, cross-reference, and VIN look-up tools are provided to help you identify likely-compatible parts and are for guidance only. You are responsible for confirming the correct part for your vehicle — by part number, OEM cross-reference, or with our team — before installation. Professional installation is recommended. If you are unsure, contact us at info@partstop.net before ordering.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we accept your order when we ship it. Payments are processed securely by Square. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

• Free local delivery within 30 miles of Tacoma, WA.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100; other orders are charged shipping at checkout.
• In-stock orders placed before our daily cutoff ship the same business day (Monday–Saturday).
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
• Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Certain items may be non-returnable (for example, electrical components, special orders, or installed parts). Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Our standard limited warranty is 6+ months from the date of delivery, as indicated on the product listing or your invoice. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, or damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Improper installation, modification, or use of a part outside its intended application.
• Labor, towing, downtime, or any other incidental or consequential costs.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the defective part or to refund its purchase price. To make a claim, contact info@partstop.net with your order number.

Except for the limited warranty above, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartStop's total liability for any claim arising from a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The PartStop name, logo, site content, and product photography are our property or used under license and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
